Dstv is a theif

I paid dstv for my normal monthly subscription and I was connected then after 8days of being connected , dstv disconnects my services and adds a disconnection fee, I showed proof of payment and after a long trouble of callings, emails and chats they finally connect me. Today they have disconnected me again and added another disconnection free. Advise me I need to pay for both these disconnection fees and also July small charges which I had no idea about or being notified when is as paying that they are outstanding. I mean who does that, where will I get the money now when pay day has passed 15 days ago, now I am not watching for the services I paid for... They not negotiating or try to make me understand these charges.. dstv is wickered and they care about money! I have children who have been bored since they can not watch cartoons for a service I paid for!! Dstv is really taking people for fools
