Dstv is a ******* with their R499 explora

I received a call telling me to take explora and pay R499 including channel’s and my main decoder will be closed and not charged or we can use it as a extra view i agreed 2 down they haven’t delivered the explora but they say i must pay R1333.40 i asked y cause they didn’t install and deliver the explora they said they did when i asked who signed for the delivery and installed it they give me attitude i told them i no longer want they say i must pay R180 to cancel
