04 May 2020, 18:53Hi Thomas Mabitle,
Every decoder has 12 months warranty on the device for technical malfunction. Pep Stores will not exchange the device you need to visit the nearest MultiChoice agency or branch.
They will first test the decoder to diagnose the nature of the problem. If the decoder is found to be broken due to negligence then that will render the warranty null and void and you will be charged a basic repair charge for a replacement decoder.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us send us an email at ***.
