DSTV IS A ****- NO SERVICE- NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMERS.

I logged over 10 complaints with you , spoke to LeVararn Vander Merver. Mone, Social media consualtants TL, TD, TTT, NM and NOT ONE PERSON FOLLOWED UP OR CALLING ME BACK. I asked for a manager 6 times, I asked for an executive, or director to call me back and again TTT calls me back , lies that he is a manager, calls me after sending mutliple screenshot and a whole history of my query but TTT decides he would rather no read or even investigate , but rather call me and lie that he is a manager and then still send me someone else's account information, I am tired of explaining what my query I have sent this over 10 times. I will be going to the ombudsman today if I cannot get a resolution. DO NOT CALL me if you are not a senior manager, if you have not read my complaint and if you do have a resolution.
