DSTV is a ****!

I'm a DStv subscriber for years and the service has never been good at all, I upgraded my package from compact to premium of which they recommended I upgrade my decoder of which I did n was paying 900 and they told me it's price lock for 2 years I didn't finish those two years but paid the amount they told to pay for me to be on the clear since they said they have an offer for me, the offer was a new decoder explore ultra and I will be paying 899 and its also on price lock.....now since I've added Disney+ it was about 900 I didn't have a problem with that until two months back they charged me R1236 I called and agents was so rude didn't even Wana help me....so I paid then the following my bill was the way know it should be but again the following month it was R1134. I don't get it why is it get so high each months..... DSTV is a ****.....I'm not happy with service, we can't even speak with any of their supervisors......
