I have paid my compact subscription on the 25th October 2021 an amount of R410 and guess what on the 05th November 2021 the service was disconnected followed by an sms that I must pay R239 to connect the service, what the hell am I paying for? Why are we suddenly paying arreas for something that is month to month? Or is the reconnection fee no longer R50? I am not going to entertain your abusive tactics and money making schemes Iam not going to pay a monthly subscription twice a month, I demand that you cancel my subscription cause you are not getting a cent from me, I'd rather be be with Netflix cause surely they know how to do business.
