DSTV IS A ****

On the 21 of August i requested my balance thru watsapp and it said i must pay R554.. I did pay this amount and on the 22 i recieved an sms stating that i owe R77.. I called in and the lady i spoke to said i should ignore that message its an error my account is up to date... On the 21 of September i send a message that i must pay R631(of which my normal subscription is R514) wen i called them again with my own money again they said the amount is high because i owe R77 for last month including the rented movie .. And i said to them i called you guys last month about that R77 and u said i must ignore it.. Than they said we need to go back to our recordings and check if that was the conversation given then we will get back to you.

Coming back to me they never dicussed this R77 issue with me but instead the brushed me nicely with a DSTV Ultra with price lock of R499 for 24 months... Okay i agreed to that as its a bargain... I than asked the lady now tell me because i did not pay my account because i wanted to understand why is my amount so high? And she said"WE HAVE PRO RATER WHICH IS U COUNT FROM THE DAY THEY GONNA COME AND INSTALL THE NEW DECORDER TILL THE DAY YOUR NEXT DEBIT ORDER WILL GO OFF INCLUDING THE R499.. WE DID SOME CALCULATIONS AND WE ENDED UP GETTING TO AN AMOUNT OF R16. 33 PER DAY ×16 DAYS AND IT GAVE US A SOME OF R300 WITH SOME CENTS... OKAY I ASKED HER HOW DO I GO BUY PAYING THIS AMOUNT? SHE SAID DONT WORRY ITS GONNA GO OFF YOUR NEXT DEBIT WHICH IS THE 21 OCTOBER BUT ITS GONNA BE A ONCE OFF GOING FORWARD WE WILL DEBIT R499.. The DSTV guy came earlier on a friday but had agreed on the next tuesday... He installed it than he switched my account on as agreed with that lady... 6days after my viewing they switched it off.. I CALLED IN AGAIN WITH MY MONEY TO UNDERSTAND WHY ITS OFF AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE LADY WHO GAVE ME THAT OFFER GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION.. AND SHE SAID SHE WILL GET THE MANAGER TO CALL ME AND THAT WAS TUESDAY ITS FRIDAY TODAY AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM.. IAM SICK AND TIRED OF DSTV AND THEIR TACTICS, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IAM HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THIS PEOPLE... I NEED THEM TO COME AND COLLECT THEIR STUPID ULTRA DECORDER CANCEL THAT CONTRACT AND LEAVE ME ALONE
