DSTV is a ****

I am beyond annoyed with DSTV. I have been a loyal premium customer for the longest time but the treatment I get from them is so poor. For the whole month of June my services have been suspended every 2 days because of "none-payment". Every second morning we wake up to our services being suspended and I have to call them and they reconnect and promise to escalate the matter to the finance department to allocate the payment (which by the way was made at the beginning of the year). I did everything they said I should, I sent the proof of payment several times but nothing is done. I am so annoyed by this and cannot always call them for them to only tell me the same thing everytime. I have been having several issues with DSTV recently, I might just as well just cancel this account cause they do not care about their customers. Today I received an sms from a collections company which was mandated by dstv to collect money from me which I apparently owe them. I DO NOT OWE DSTV anything!! I am very close to closing this account.
