DSTV is a ****

DSTV doesn't deserve to be one of South Africa's leading businesses, they do not take their customers serious, they have failed me with their pathetic service while deducting my money for no service at all. I have been making numerous calls with no help. It's really a joke, their agents will forever ask what is the story, so in each call I must explain myself with no solution. It has been an unpleasant experience. Even when I try to escalate, they will act as if they are escalating and keep you waiting for an hour. They promise you heaven and earth and provide a reference number knowing very well that they will not get back to you. Since September 2021 ,my request for the change of ownership has not been done (joke right) I asked them to put the decoder I have been paying for, under my brother's name and guess what! they confirmed that the ownership was changed but the decoder they changed to we don't know it and the decoder that was supposed to be removed from me is still under my name...yes I am paying for two decoders now because they failed to do their job. I want a refund and my brother has paid in October and November 2021 for channels that are not playing because no one knows the decoder that he was registered under.

To be honest even on this platform, I doubt I will receive feedback.
