Dstv is a ****

Am very much disturbed with the way this **** is operating its now clearly dstv is money making scheme but poor customer service, I app**** for price lock that was installed on the 29th March 2021 and today on the 10th April 2021 my decoder is switched off due to payment and on the contract like as a norm my payments are debited on every 15th of the month past 15 yrs of my service with them, but today my kids can't even see TV because of payment, I called 10 times nobody abled to assist me all consultants have no clue and unable to assist me, I asked to speak to manager but with no luck, now am sitting here with dstv that is not playing and I made paentnonbthe 15th March what happened with that payment I made we are in serious financial crisis and if now we are been ****** in dis light by this big corporates.
