DSTV is a ****

Dstv has a way of milking our money...My subscription was cut off on the 26th of November because I didn't pay on the 21st,they sent me a message that I need to pay R549 to reconnect my viewing on the 26th of November...I called them on the 6th December and they said I need to pay R549 as stated on the sms...I paid that amount,And stated that my next payment will be R498 on the 6th of January...Today I got an sms saying that I owe them R331 and I need to pay it before the 21st of December...I called them and they telling me about prorata,And I asked them that what are they refereing to because they have stopped my viewing...And they apologies for the false information given on the sms....please do help me
