Dstv is a ****

I recently took the price lock contract with dstv, they have debited their money but no installation. I've been calling their customer care line only to be told my querie will be escalated. They had sent me an sms saying they will install on the 10/02/22 at 10h00 but still nothing. So what service am I currently paying for since there's no active account. I'm disappointed and I'm told I can't cancel the contract. Dstv has become one big ****, SIES!!!
