Dstv is a ****

Ever since May 2021 multichoice has been billing me for things i don't know. Their spin a wheel rewards program is a **** as they now have blocked my account for something that was meant to be free. The amount billed to me every month is not consistent and ridiculous. I have tried so many time to resolve this through their consultants but they also can't help me. Today 1st Aug one of the consultant said i should just pay and maybe i will get a refund. Ridiculous service
