DSTV IS A ****!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried everything,but am not getting any help. i am double billed this month. I spoke to dstv consultant hoping to get explanation for all that. As expected they failed to attend to my matter. They full of excuses. I won dstv wheel of happiness free upgrade for a month. and apparently they activated it for 2 months, honestly i was not even aware that my subscription is still on free upgrade. Why am i being punished for their errors. Worse am on a price lock, poor service, been with DSTV for years. Dstv is a ****, they just rob people. This must come to an end.
