I always get the worst experience with dstv. I spoke to one of your agent on the 25 May I asked her to deactivate my access package and leave only compact she told me that she cancelled it and it will automatically cancell on the 1st of June. To my surprise today she ddnt cancel it I still have 2 packed under my subscription and I also have disney+ that I know nothing of. Am sure all your calls are recorded every time we call so please listen to the recording where she states she cancelled it. Am not going to pay because she didn't do her job properly.please fix my account asap!

06 Jul 2022, 06:43To this date the error on my account is still no fixed! Nobody is saying anything instead I got disconnected and am expected to still pay for 2 packages plus reconnection fee. DSTV am really disappointed with the service am getting. It's really not fair.
