DSTV is a ****!!!

I’m on compact and I pay about R500 something on debit order. Luckily this month I did not put money in the card I usually pay for it. They then charged me R1178 this month. I called 3 times already all they do is tell me the same thing and transfer me to their manager and they never pick up the calls. I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes twice already. What the consultant told me was that I am subscribed to a contract with them which I was never told about and never subscribed too. If they don’t fix this matter I am officially leaving DSTV!!!
