DSTV is a ripoff

I paid my account hours ago. I have wasted time and money calling their call centres, getting no response. They're website and WhatsApp services are both useless. On Twitter I got a response but they are not assisting me in anyway. I'm missing out on live football as we speak. This is utter nonsense and the worst customer care Ive ever experienced.
