DStv is a *******

DStv is the worst satellite TV provider. They are quick to disconnect and takes even longer to reconnect. I made payment directly at the tellers in cash but I'm told 48 hrs to reconnect. How is it that when you pay at a retailer they connect immidiately and payment reflects as to when you pay at the bank in cash? Surely it's the same as going to a service centre and paying? Seeing the cash goes same place..the bank?? I was told to send p.o.p but got a response back the deposit slip bank stamped isn't acceptable it needs to be a pdf p.o.p. it's like dealing with a ****** but then again ******s got more brains clearly.. and the content of repeat programs is beyond believe..I watched problem child 28 years ago and guess what..it's on DStv yay!! The service sucks..they clueless at most times.. I wanted to cancel my subscription but was told cos I'm on price lock but still I'm paying 999 a month I must pay the full remainder of pricelock before they can cancel it..this is more like *********** people..without customer DStv can close their doors..but they can leave my services disconnected as I've made alternative plans to be entertained. Thanks but no thanks..they don't even deserv half a star.. charging money for repeated programming.. wait the best is fresh prince and family matters airing again ..****** rediculous!!!!!!
