I have Subscribed for the Access Package. Couple of months back, I was offered a special offer on Showmax. I subscribed and add showmax. 4 months ago, Due to signal issues, I wanted to cancel the showmax addition. I was told to do it online. I was unsuccessful as I couldn't find the option. I went to the branch in Durban, they told me to try again but somehow they minused the Showmax subscription. Following month I had to make a call befor payment because that showmax amount was added back. 2 month later I still have to make a call before making a payment for showmax subscription to be removed.

What upsets me the most. I am supposed to make a payment on the 15th of every month. So for the month of August I delayed payment by 2 days. When I was about to pay, I discovered that I still have this showmax subscription. I made a call again. Guess what I was told that i have to pay over R60 just because I missed 2 days. My package is supposed to be R115 (Access) +R105 (pvr functions) + R35 (insurance). Today I get charged R357. 04 just for missing 2days of payment.
