DSTV is a nonsense company

I am told that I owe R135, and am expected to pay that amount. It is apparently for a promo discount I received in March / April, and is a general issue. I have been phoning from the 20th of July, have several references and promised callbacks and none of that has materialised. Why am I liable to pay for a mess that was caused by you guys. Who is going to be paying for these reconnection fees? I am not going to pay that R135, and I promise you if my services get suspended again – I am sending an email straight to Calvo Mawela and Mark Rayner and you guys will give me 6 months free subscription for all the heartache and stress you have caused me. So you better cancel this R135 immediately or deduct this from whoever made this huge mess.

And while you are at it, please give a final written warning to Busisiwe Banjwa who refused to give the call to her reporting line. I expect an apology from that Busisiwe (either a call or email) from her – otherwise, they will be hell to pay.
