Dstv is a mess and needs to be shut down

I’m at my wits end with dstv and I’m bring explora back to the Randburg branch Now my pvr isn’t working and I went to bed working I wake up and all of a sudden can’t watch Netflix or YouTube kids,I can’t watch catch-up and my kids are all home schools are still closed I’m so fed up with writing these reviews and no one assisting actually no one know what they are doing!im still on dstv compact plus so I don’t understand why there’s an error everytime I try to access catch-up,YouTube kids or Netflix.I need my 15day left refund and cancellation on all dstv products right now!
