Dstv is a mess
Dstv offered an explora and failed to install the Dish and more than 20 emails sent. Promise after promise up to today. They have quickly responded to my cancelation request instead of installing. Poor customer care

I know the response you talk about is at the end of winter and you will be promising to do something before the end of 2026.
