DSTV IS A ****MER OF NOTE!!!

I make monthly payments to DSTV using their payment link and have never had issues. This time around using the same payment method they somehow deducted an amount of over R13 000 of what is actually due!!

When I called my bank they confirmed that the money was definitely transferred to DSTV, however they deny receiving this money stating that they do not have a bank account. This is after having received all my previous payments every month to the same account.

They refuse to reimburse this money and state that they do not know anything of this nature, even after I sent them all proof of payment from my bank and their payment receipts as well.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement, where will I get my R13K refund from???

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DSTV!!!
