Dstv is a ****mer

I payed DStv my monthly amount on the 1st April 2025 at pep store and I received ather channels which I ignored and 5days later after my payment they blocked all my channels saying am owing my account,i went online chatting to one of their consultant,I was told my account was upgraded on the same day I went to pay,I cnt afford to pay that amount of money that's why degraded for the past 2years.my question is who upgraded it because I never had an agreement with them,now I can't watch my TV nd been given few days to pay them for something I didn't sign up for...
