DSTV is a joke

This company is a Joke. I currently have DSTV Stream and have been paying around R400 per month. In September 2025, they are telling me that i should pay R607. When i ask, they tell me that it is because i short paid in August of which according to the amount they told me to pay in august and my statement for August states that I owe R0.00. Now they are insisting that I pay the R607 for my account to be activated again. This is crazy!
