Dstv is a joke

I called the call center and asked a lady if paying my account myself will not result in double debt? She said no. So paid using the sms that has my details and so forth. Only to realize that they debited my account again, so I reverse the 2nd premium because I have paid. Now I'm disconnected. Been trying to tell them and send proof with the first payment I made with their sms and it seems like they don't care. I am tired of fighting a loosing battle. DSTV is nonsense, this is absurd. I don't blame people who doesn't have it and in fact I am joining them .
