DSTV is a joke!!

I subscribed for DSTV price lock on right in the beginning of December, they said it would be delivered within 5-10 working days.

I phoned 11 days later, because still no DSTV! They had no feedback and just said theres a delay.

Ive been phoning every week since and guess what?? 2 MONTHS LATER, and I still dont have DSTV!!

I spoke to a so called manager- Marius Van Wyk who was supposedly going to take ownership. Once again, NO DSTV!!

Can someone please tell me whetherI am going to get DSTV or can I go on with my life!!!!! And use another alternative since MULTICHOICE IS THE MOST USELESS COMPANY TO DATE!!
