Dstv is a frustrating joke

The worst experience at a call centre. My billing query has not been resolved. My normal premium is R935. This month my billing is R2800. Am on hold as we speak for 20 mins on my 3rd call, after being on hold for 35 mins on my second call and a further 30 mins on my first call. Query still not resolved. Now I understand why the whole of SA is looking for other options
