Dstv is a flop

My husband bought the dstv explora and we were informed that it will be delivered on 04 July 2021. It was never delivered. On 02 August I contacted Multi choice and spoke with Sikelelwa Gola. Skeletal made me hold for more than 10 minutes. She then informed me that this explora activated but she could not tell me where as it was not delivered at my house. She asked me to hold again and I refused because my airtime was running out. She said she will call me or my husband back. She never phoned. My husband contacted multichoice again and he was tod the same thing. This time the person he spoke to said that he will investigate and get back to him. He phoned again for the 3rd time same story. Multichoice then proceeded to try and debit for a product we did not receive. This is so frustrating.
