DSTV is a disgusting organization

here i am for the 5th time trying to resolve a query that has been dragging on since June. No one knows what they are doing at multichoice. How pathetic are you service consultants. I get transferred from pillar to post trying to just cancel this fibre contract that i dont want and you are billing me and soon you will list me on the credit bureau but dealing with your service consultants is nothing short of a nightmare.
