DSTV is a discrase

After all the years of service to envounter a problem where you call and make arrangements, no problem mam .....a month later dstv disconnected, phone explain the whole story again, mam did you sign a template....no noby said anything about any template, ok noproblem i am just going to speak to my supervisor because you on pricelock i can't just reconnect you, are you willing to wait a few seconds ..... yes no problem after a few minutes she csme bsck ok mam i got permisdion to reconnect you it will be on after about 15 mins.....after 45 mins it's still not on i phoned back spoke to a gentleman, yes mam i can see you phoned, the services is open iy might be on a delay....mam check this chanel check this after a few seconds it came on only to find it off again tonight when we got home.....phone in again o sorry you have to make a payment off R1200 before we can reconnect you......now what is the purpose of making arrangements.....the reason why i didn't pay is because i was in a accident and went for opperation so i was of from work for 2 mnths after that i have work office hours which made a R10000 differance(less) on my salary...... I only started working my normal shifts again the beginning of may which will result in me getting my normal salary end of june. So this is now nice because you are onnest to get treated this way..... DSTV sucks
