DSTV is a daylight ******. Nx!

In November and December 2018 I reversed my dstv debit because I wanted to use the money for something else. The dstv continued playing for few days before it was disconnected. Then on the 2nd of January 2019 I went to checkers to pay it so it can be reconnected, I asked how much I was supposed to pay and they told me I was supposed to pay R525 which I paid, then dstv was reconnected, the following day there was a R375 debit order from dstv, then I reversed it since I already paid. Then this morning on the 10th January 2019 I got an sms saying my picture was cut off because I haven't paid. When I called dstv to find out what is the problem, they told me I was in arrears for picture I viewed in November before I was cut off. In my knowledge when you don't pay you get cut off and pay R50 reconnection fee, I feel they're trying to **** me because i have switched my dstv before and i had never been told about being in arreas before so to me there's no consistency on their side. Everybody knows that dstv doesn't get cut off immediately if you didn't pay. I would like hello Peter to assist me about this matter.
