DStv is a day light roberry

On the 2nd of September I requested for payment date change to the 6th the after paid my full subscription, I relaxed and waited for the 6th only to be disconnected on the 2nd of October because of R16 Pro rata of which I was never told I had to pay before hand. I tried to query the matter and was finally told the reconnection fee has been reversed today the 5th I want to pay only to find out that it was never reversed but was **** to. I got disconnected because of R16 that would have simply been carried over to the following month while was not even aware off i mean R50 for R16 this is a day light roberry.
