Wow, DSTV you have done it again disconnected me, i have been disconnected more then 3x this month and every time I call i am told about your slow system and that there is an issue with the account and then I am given a reference number but after spending more them 30 min on the phone i am still not assisted and when i ask to speak to senior management I am told that they are in a meeting, to be honest you are reaping customers off with this disconnection issue cause you know we have to pay to be connected. I will be taking this further cause as a consumer I have rights.
