DSTV is a company that DOESN'T care

We have had DSTV for many years. 9months ago we app**** for the price lock as we do every year. We are still trying to get someone from Dstv to contact us about it. Everytime we contact the centre they say they are going to escalate the account. Even the people at the actual DSTV agents can't get anything done from DSTV. It's the most despicable service we have ever encountered. One would think they would want/need the business. They take our money every month. That's never difficult to do. It's sickening that in today's harsh times a company can be so despicable. They just don't care. I am so tired of hearing the same **** story from the call centre ladies. So what else can we do but cancel our subscription unless we get a response.
