DSTV IS A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS

DSTV is a bunch of con artists, i took out the Premium 24 contract and i was told the premiums would be R789.00 including the PVR functions, now they have charged me R 914.00 i have logged a query 2 weeks ago and i am still waiting for this to be resolved, i phone in about every second day and get told the same story, that they have escalated to the relevant department and are waiting for the voice recording to be retrieved, it takes 2 weeks to retrieve a recording because they want to alter it first to show that they are right. they do not care about their customers. i have spoken to about 7 diffident people
