DSTV IS A BIG ****

DStv is a ****!!! On the 11 of May I received email that the internet contract has been cancelled from Dstv consultant *SIABI* to be specific.(The contract was cancelled due to their failure to deliver the router on time. ) Fast forward today I am calling customer care service to downgrade my package and to my surprise they told me that I have to pay R180 for breach of contract that occurred on May! Why am I supposed to pay for this?who breached the contract between me and Dstv? DSTV IS A ****! A big **** Below is my reference number ***9 from their consultant.I have been emailing since May !but to this date they have done nothing,absolutely nothing to help!
