DStv is a ****

My subscription was blocked due to owing an insurance I was falsely given that it was for free and since last year I tried cancelling the insurance but I can't get hold of the company telephonically, even you DStv can't assist me,now I have to cancel subscription with you guys because you failed me,you work together with those guys ****ming your customers because how could I not watch and you want a reconnection fee for insurance while I paid my subscription on time..you failed me and others, 2 subscription,I guess I have to opt for openview cz u too are a ****.
