Dstv is a ****

I have been with dstv for over 15 years, but even today I don't really know how is my account billed. Every month my account is very high and leads to a disconnect, at the moment am supposed to be paying for a price for a compact plus, but my balance goes to R2000, how posable is this when am disconnect for a month, I have never watched dstv for a month without paying, but my account is always very high.
