Dstv is a ****

This is the most a terrible campany ever. They hire people who are clueless with their product. I even said it to me. Today I bought dstv streama device is more like TV box or endroid box cos it' come with YouTube, Netflix and showmax. So now it's a hustle to link the remote with dstv streama.. It keep saying press and hold "ok" bottom and blue hone button I did that 100 time the remote batteries are finished. Firstly I phone dstv to get assistance regarding the issue but I has to wait more than 15 minutes, keep in my that I using my own airtime. And later when nomfundo finally came back to me she said I should go on Google and seach as how to used dstv streama. How do Google know dstv things she even advise that I go and search on YouTube. Then I went on their website because it's on the box to get more information guess what. I found nothing on that streama. Then I decided to do live chat. My worce nightmare becomes Lindiwe didn't know either instead she keep sending link to test my internet speed. I told I'm not looking for that. Then she send me another paragraph of advertising funeral cover and internet connection. Then I send her my questions she also didn't know. What frastrates me is she doesn't wanna admit that she is clueless she kept sending useless information. Dstv please give your stuff training before making devices public. Now I'm stuck with useless devices that I spend so much on.
