DSTV is a ****

Dstv is a ****mer!!!! I've paid DSTV R712, 00 per month without fail, they were debiting my bank account each month. I then list my job which caused me to go pay at shoprite and pep store in November and December 2023. I never missed a payment but now they saying I owe them R607 or R587 depending with the consultant. They also can't explain why I owe them they said I owe netflix which is not true because I pay netflix directly from my bank card hence my line is suspended. They also said I have a new funeral cover which I do not remember signing up for. They asked me to cancel the link between Netflix and dstv at Netflix which I did and I've sent them proof of payment that I dnt owe DSTV. Ive asked them to cancel the insurance taken without my knowledge they have not canceled nor returned my calls or emails.

I've emailed them more than 5 times no response, the only thing that they say is I must pay the amount that I do not know of before they reconnect me.

My line is still suspended after paying my monthly fee of R712 on the 1st of January 2024.

Im a victim of a crime, ***** by Dstv, wanted additional money from me which I don't owe them.
