Dstv is a ****.
We have been calling dstv call centre for so many times regarding our account with them and were instructed to pay a certain amount of R563 of which we had it paid . But soon after we have paid the money it take 2 days for our services to be connected we wacth for 5 days now its switched off again and we were told to pay again R577 before the 27/07/2023. And we were told that we've got extras on our compact package. And we don't have any additional packages with them . We ended using so much funds on calling them and they haven't assisted us with that issue. Dstv call centre it's every bad with customer service.

Dstv called me to resolve the problem I had with them .I spoke to Duduzile Mthembu who explained everything to me and reconnected my services back thank you Duduzile keep up doing excellent work and teach others.
