Dstv is a ****

I am honestly tired of multichoice this point I think they are exploiting customers because they know they don't really have competition. 4 years back I took price lock compact package and to this day am still being billed as a price lock customer. My contract was supposed to be 24months only. When i call customer service I speak to their *********** agents who literally tell me they don't know why am still billed like that. Last night I paid R799 and my pvr functions are not working. I have had enough. At this point I think I'll just cancel my whole subscription with them.
