DSTV IS A ****!!!!

Dstv is a ****. I made a payment online for a Dstv at home and 2 days later the home dstv was disconnected. When I called in I was told that the account is owing and the payment I made was for Dstv stream. We were not aware of any DSTV stream account and I did not create any, I just logged in using my mom's credentials. I requested for a refund and I was told that the refund was not possible, I then asked for the payment to be reallocated to the compact account and that was denied as well. We just paid for a service that we do not use and apparently, that Stream account has no history except for the payment made 2 days ago. I DO NOT REGRET CANCELLING MY PERSONAL DSTV AND I WILL MAKE SURE WE CANCEL THE ONE AT HOME AS WELL.
