DSTV is a ****

Good evening i got DSTV internet router and i signed up for a 50 GB data,25 GB during the day and 25 GB night,the data is used by me only cause my husband comes home around 6 pm,now today my router does'nt work they say we should add an extra R100 for top up,and we pay R150 per month for the deal,so the lady whom i was talking to told me if i top up my data today,month end i will have to pay R578,..R578 for what?what happens to our night data because we dont use it,DSTV its a **** so the lady told me if i want to cancel the deal i have to pay R1200 and R118 for cancellation fee,This is madness
