This company is appalling and they are a *******. I am so annoyed with their incompetence when it comes to resolving issues we have ad clients. If it was not for sports, honestly I'm quite fine without having Dstv as i see now that I'm wasting my money with them. No wonder you lost so many clients.
Every day my channels get blocked and im told of an amount to pay, I mean what the hell is the reason for that. I have wasted so much time and money on calls trying to resolve this and I cannot get it right. There aren't even proper channels for us to log complaints directly with multichoice itself.
This is unnecessarily annoying.

05 Sept 2026, 06:42I want my airtime back of R110 that I had to load and waste with the daily calls for the past 2 weeks. It's a disgrace that a huge company like this does such to clients and no one is there willing to help and get us out of the misery.
