Dstv is a ****

I cancelled my Dstv subscription end of July, and my dstv channels stopped playing the following doing. On the 26th of August my account was debited and I was told that it's administration fees. I just received an sms that an amount of R956 will be debited from my account. How is that possible because the last time I watched dstv was the day after I made the cancelation call. Someone kindly assist.
