DStv is *****…..
I paid R1,200 on 1/11/2024. On 8/11/2024 they disconnected my services which I had already paid for. I complained and they reconnected my services. They confirmed that I was owing R937.30 which means my payment of R1,200 was too much. They apologised. Two days later - exactly the same frustration. Re-sent proof of payment for the 3rd time. They apologised again and reinstated my services. Today - guess what - the same pathetic & ridiculous incompetence, yet again! Can’t get hold of anyone, not even the so called CEO to fix their stupid mess! My frustration is over the top! Just process my full refund and shove your services!
