Dstv ****med me … like the worse experience with dstv

I made payment then they say it does not show on their side then they charged me reconnection fee I had to pay double plus R50 no one knows what happened to my initial payment it just vanished into thin air… worse part of it is the consultant are rude . I used the whats app service and a girl called Amanda didn’t even try to help me

I Ned my money back because I paid double and I nnned my R50 back because I paid on time
