Dstv is **** !

On the 11.06.25 my decoder packed up and although I had an insurance the agent convinced me to take out the new decoder package with a once off installation fee. Now I have down graded to compact but every month I have an issue with my bill. My bill is R1285.89 ,I made a payment of R1400. My service are being suspended because according to the agent I must another R1289 on top of the R1400 that I've already paid for .According to the agent the R1400 only covers the installation plan payment.How is this possible??So that means I must pay R1286 plus R1400 for a compact package.
